Goal is immediate participation. 2. As the relationship with you and other community members are built via some form of fairly practical participation towards a shared need, build relationships with one another. Foster relationships amongst another. 3. Repeat several times until minimum viable unity is achieved. 4. At some point, get the community together to product a manifesto that details the values of the community and where the community wants to go in the future. 5. Keep identifying attainable goals, executing and accomplishments of those goals. 6. Congrats, you have yourself an internet tribe. Cooking time: 18 months minimum.
